Non Executive Director
In charge of overall oversight and management of the project, and overall project design and implementation. Responsible and accountable for all project deliverables and ensure project outcomes and goals as envisaged in the proposal are delivered. This involves the timely delivery for required narrative and financial reporting, ensuring compliance to donor requirements and partner liaison and management. She offers support to the program officer to ensure that proper monitoring and evaluation mechanisms are in place.

Leading advocacy initiatives and program development to advance women's rights and economic empowerment across our operational regions.
Dorcus Nyamunga
Human Rights Advocacy and Sensitization
Spearheading human rights advocacy efforts and community sensitization programs to promote awareness and protection of fundamental rights.
Emma Kioko
Finance Specialist and Accounts Officer
Responsible for the financial accounting within the project. This involves management of the budget, ensuring timely financial reporting in timelines agreed by the donors and effective budget tracking to ensure project activities adhere to budget indications as required.
Ms Lydia Munikah
Program & Training Director
Tasked with overall planning of the implementation of the project including work and activity planning, ensuring delivery of activities on the ground. She is responsible for developing mechanisms for post training support to beneficiaries, and generating activity reports. She is responsible for ensuring ongoing monitoring of implementation with support from the ED and other staff as required.
Ms Reginah Nasolo
Project Officer
Involved in on ground, practical implementation of the project. Including mobilization of beneficiaries, involvement in training and capacity building initiatives on the ground, practical post training support, ensuring implementation of activities in the workplan, and support in the coordination and organization of grassroot groups and formation as envisaged by the proposal.
