Visibility Guidance for the Irene M. Staehelin Foundation

The IMS Foundation prioritises and seeks to highlight the work of our partners. Any public references to the Foundation (for example, in the media or at public events) should be requested in advance. The usage of the name and logo of IMS Foundation is subject to the following conditions:

• The name and/or logo of the IMS Foundation can only be used when permission is requested and granted as stipulated in our grant agreements;
• The usage of the name and logo must be linked to the projects the IMS Foundation is funding. The name and logo may not be used in connection with other work not funded by the IMS Foundation. Further, in case of regranting, the partner organisation is responsible for subgrantee compliance with this condition; and
• The name and logo may not be used in connection with objectives or activities that are incompatible with the values and approaches of the IMS Foundation.

Other references:

• References to the funding of the foundation including (indication of) amounts donated may not be publicised, unless legally or fiscally required, or if the foundation has explicitly granted permission.
