WCEEA is a feminist organization dedicated to alleviating issues of Human Rights and Economic empowerment of marginalized, discriminated and disadvantaged women.

Human and Women Rights
Our advocacy for Human and women rights strives to strengthen a resilient and inclusive Human Rights and Social Justice movement, empowering communities to understand and assert their rights, seek justice whenever there are rights violations. Focus areas include Gender based violence, Conflict resolution, Human rights dialogue, and Access to justice.

Economic Empowerment
We work to enhance livelihoods and improve the well-being of marginalized communities with a special focus on women and young girls. Our programs include: Shea Butter processing and value addition, Poultry and Animal feeds production, Post-harvest loss reduction, Solar energy and climate smart agriculture, Refugee Capacity Building Programs, Income Generating Projects, Micro Financing & Grants, Business Training and Entrepreneurship, Vocational Skills Training, Technology Transfer, Agribusiness and value addition, and Market access, Packaging and standards.
We primarily focus our efforts in Uganda, South Sudan, Kenya and DRC.
WCEEA resettles refugees from South Sudan, Goma and Lualaba Provinces from DRC. The resettled refugees in Uganda, Kenya and Tanganyika benefit from Human rights and economic empowerment training. We focus on creating green businesses to mitigate climate change effects and create alternative sources of income for sustainability.
